Weight loss for women

Weight-loss for women seems far more difficult than it does for men. We see men drop pounds in a matter of days and it becomes so very frustrating because it doesn't seem like they are changing their eating habits as much as we are. My husband can drop pounds in days and look completely different and on the flip side he can gain muscle mass in a matter of days and bulk up as if it were magic. I can't do that! Why? The answer is simple really. Muscle. Men carry more muscle mass than women. Muscle requires much more energy to perform than fat. Energy is created by burning calories that we ingest. Therefore he can burn more calories because he has more muscle eating it than we do. How do we get our bodies to react they way we see our partner's body reacting?
